The BEHAVIOR LOG is the pefect spot to reflect on the days and make note of any trigger moments (or just a spot to brag while you are crushing each day of your challenge - hey you, you're doing awesome, keep it up!).  The BEHAVIOR LOG has 3 entries so print it 10 times and you have your 30 days covered. 

The MONTHLY BUDGET is super simple and easy to use - no confusing formulas, graphs or pie charts.  Just an easy way to keep track of what's coming in & what's going out.  

And if there is anything we forgot, we gave you a full page of NOTES just in case ;-)

 WHAT YOU GET:

As a reminder, we only sell printables!  Which means this is DIGITAL DOWNLOAD and no physical product will be sent to you. 

You will receive the workbook as a .pdf file that can be easily printed at home or any company with printing services (i.e., Staples, Office Max, etc.).  

4 sizes are included in the bundle:

• Standard US letter (8.5"x11")
• Half US Letter (5.5"x8.5")
• International A4 (21 x 29.7 cm)
• International A5 (14.8 x 21.0 cm)

The printing margins on the left and right-hand side are standard so as to accommodate hole punching, binding and/or double-sided printing. 

The colors used in the workbook are black, grey and shades of light pink/dusty rose (We do our best to accurately describe the colors used in our designs but please note that sometimes colors can appear slightly different from your computer screen to how they will look once they are printed).
